A symposium on surviving cancellation. Jay and Clementine will be joined by Dr. Christine Marie, a media psychology researcher with a focus on media misrepresentation and humiliation, as well as other guest speakers. We will discuss the impact of cancel culture and how to survive and thrive in its wake. We will consider the social and psychological devastation of being targeted by a cancellation campaign, how to persevere and stay true to yourself through it, and how to move on. We will also discuss how to support our cancelled friends, loved ones, and community members, and how to collectively divest from cancel culture. Followed by a Q and A.
